We are pleased to announce that NIRA has been just awarded the 8(a) Streamlined Technology Acquisition Resource for Services (STARS) III IDIQ Contract. This Best-in-Class GWAC allows NIRA to continue providing high quality IT services and IT services based solutions, including blockchain and machine learning.  It features a $50 billion program ceiling and limited protestability up to $10M.
