GSA 8(a) STARS III
8(a) Streamlined Technology Acquisition Resource for Services (STARS) III is a Best-in-Class small business set-aside contract that features a $50 billion program ceiling and limited protestability up to $10M. With this vehicle, NIRA can offer our customers a wide-range of IT services including blockchain and machine learning.
8(a) Business Development Program
Under this program, participants can receive sole-source contracts, up to a ceiling of $4 million for goods and services and $6.5 million for manufacturing. 8(a) firms are also able to form joint ventures and teams to bid on contracts
GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS)
Through this program, federal, state, and local government buyers can acquire commercial products, services, and solutions at pre-negotiated prices.
Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) Commercialization

FAA eFAST
